Vivo has expanded its Y77 lineup with the recent launch of the Vivo Y77t in China. This addition joins the existing roster of smartphones including the Vivo Y77, Vivo Y77e, and Vivo Y77e (t1). Notably, the lineup caters to diverse preferences and requirements with its various configurations and features.

The base variant of the Vivo Y77 series for the Chinese market is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 930 SoC, while the version available in Malaysia is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset. Similarly, the Y77e and Y77e (t1) models also employ the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoCs. In contrast, the recently introduced Vivo Y77t integrates the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC into its framework. Notably, this smartphone derives its power from a robust 5,000mAh battery with the added convenience of 44W fast charging support, ensuring efficient and swift recharging capabilities.

Regarding its pricing and availability, the Vivo Y77t offers different configurations and color options. It is presented in color choices such as Haoyehi (black), Jade Porcelain Blue, and Phoenix Feather Gold. The model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs. 16,000). Meanwhile, the variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage comes with a price tag of CNY 1,599 (nearly Rs. 18,000). Interested buyers in China can readily acquire this smartphone as it is currently available for purchase.

The Vivo Y77t boasts an impressive array of specifications that enhance its performance and user experience. Its 6.64-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 2388 x 1080 pixels delivers stunning visuals, accompanied by a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. This combination ensures smooth and responsive interactions.

Running on Android 13-based OriginOS 3, the smartphone is driven by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC. Users have the option to choose between configurations, with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 inbuilt storage, catering to various needs for storage and performance.

The dual-camera system on the rear comprises a 50-megapixel primary sensor paired with a 2-megapixel lens, complemented by an LED flash unit. On the front, an 8-megapixel camera is neatly positioned within a center-aligned hole-punch slot, offering clear and vibrant selfies.

Powering the device is a substantial 5,000mAh battery, and the Vivo Y77t supports 44W wired fast charging for quick and convenient recharging. Security is ensured with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, adding an extra layer of protection to the smartphone's data and functionalities.

Connectivity options include 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C. The smartphone even retains the 3.5mm audio jack, allowing users to enjoy audio through traditional headphones. In terms of dimensions, the black variant measures 164.06mm x 76.17mm x 7.98mm, while the jade blue and gold variants have a slightly thicker profile of 8.07mm, offering users a choice between aesthetics and form factor.
